内容摘要:
The MAGIC (Managing Air for Green Inner Cities) is an interdisciplinary research effort in the UK to provide modelling capabilities to promote the use of natural ventilation in buildings, thereby reducing urban energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The talk will describe the issues concerning the use of natural ventilation and the research we are undertaking to address these issues. This will include LES simulations combined with wind tunnel and field measurements supported by EnergyPlus modelling. In addition, I will discuss the role of reduced order models and data simulation as enhancements to the modelling capabilities.
