工作经历:1965年3月生,1989年硕士研究生毕业于北京大学固体力学专业(指导教师为武际可、王大钧教授),2005年6月浙江大学固体力学专业获博士学位(指导教师为朱位秋院士)。1989年进入浙江大学机械与能源工程学院固体力学研究所任教,2000年6月—12月在香港理工大学土木系合作研究,2007年1月在新加坡国立大学机械系合作研究, 2007年7月—8月在香港城市大学建筑系合作研究,2002年升为教授,现任浙江大学航空航天学院副院长,力学系主任。
他长期从事随机动力学与控制研究,特别是随机激励的耗散的Hamilton系统理论方面的研究,对随机动力学系统的精确平稳解、等效非线性系统法、随机平均法、随机稳定性、随机分岔、混沌、动态可靠性及随机最优控制各个方面都有深入研究,得到了一系列的研究成果,已发表论文60余篇,其中SCI收录29篇,自2000年以来20篇论文SCI他引130余次,以第二完成人完成的项目“随机激励的耗散的Hamilton系统理论”获2002年度国家自然科学奖二等奖。
他还长期从事自然通风冷却塔结构分析研究,开发了自然通风冷却塔抗震、稳定性有限元专用程序系统,该程序系统通过旋转壳子午向二阶厄米特插值、环向谐波展开的方法,使求解效率与精度非常高,且所需的输入数据非常少,程序功能超过了花200万美元引进的比利时哈蒙公司的程序系统。该程序系统近年来功能得到了不断补充扩展,现在已能方便地进行冷却塔整体结构与桩基础及其他复合地基基础整体的静、动力学与稳定性分析。近年来,先后承担我国已建成最高邹县电厂四期冷却塔(塔高165米),在建最高浙江省宁海电厂二期冷却塔(塔高177米)及天津北疆电厂自然通风冷却塔(塔高175米)等冷却塔的结构试验及分析任务,特别是宁海电厂二期冷却塔由于地处浙江沿海,是强台风经常登陆之处,又是海水冷却塔,塔高是目前国内最高,且超过了冷却塔设计规范的高度限制,技术难度非常高。现正对我国拟建的百万千瓦核电机组冷却塔的设计作前期可行性研究工作。 通过这些项目的研究,为我国超高超大自然通风冷却塔的结构设计提供了有力的技术支持,特别是已在各大设计院推广使用的冷却塔专用有限元分析程序系统已成为我国冷却塔设计的主力程序,产生了巨大的经济效益,由于申请人在冷却塔抗震及稳定性研究方面的经历,被邀请参加中华人民共和国国家标准《构筑物抗震设计规范》的修订工作,经过3年多的努力,该国家标准已通过最终评审,将于2008年发布实施。申请人等完成的项目“大型抗震时程分析”程序被评为2006年度中国电力科学技术奖三等奖(第5完成人,前几名为电力设计院合作者)。
